Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Allyce AI Ltd (“we”, “us”), the company that runs Proreel AI, for the Proreel AI website and app. By creating an account or using Proreel AI you accept them.

Proreel AI is for businesses. By creating an account, you confirm you’re using Proreel AI for your business, trade or profession, not as a consumer, and that you can accept these terms on its behalf.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Making, editing and previewing reaction videos is free, with watermarked exports. Clean exports, talking heads, scenes and private people use credits.

2. Credits, plans and payment

Prices, and what each action costs in credits, are shown before you confirm. One credit exports one reaction video, clean, in every size. Talking heads and scenes cost 10 credits for each take filmed, with the clean export included. A private person costs 10 credits to animate.
If filming, animating or a clean export doesn’t finish, the credits for what didn’t finish come back to your balance automatically.
Credit packs don’t expire. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel, and stay active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part-months.
Unused credits from a credit pack can be refunded within 14 days of buying it: email us.
Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred or sold. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price change to a plan you’re on.

3. Your content

You own what you upload: your screen recordings, logo and app details. You let us store and process them, and send them to the AI providers we use, so we can make your videos. The videos you export with credits are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercially, and that continues after your plan ends. Free watermarked exports are for trying Proreel AI and sharing drafts.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Screen recordings shouldn’t show other people’s personal details unless you’re allowed to share them. Don’t upload images or video of children, or sexual, violent, unlawful or infringing content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. AI-generated people and results

Videos are made with AI models. The people in them, including the library’s AI creators, presenters, scene casts and the private people you create, are fictional and AI-generated. Don’t present them as real people, or as real customers or users of your app, and don’t use them for fake reviews, testimonials or endorsements. Results can contain mistakes, such as a presenter saying a line differently from your script, so check every video before you publish it, and make sure your demo shows your real product.

Exported files carry a note in their file data that they were made with AI, and our video provider adds an invisible watermark to the footage it makes. Neither changes how a video looks. Please don’t remove them where the law requires them to stay. You can also add a visible “AI-generated” label to any video.

The AI creators and scenes in the Proreel AI library are shared by all our customers, so no one gets exclusive rights to a creator’s appearance, and others may make similar videos. A private person you create is only available in your account, but others may still create someone who looks alike. Depending on where you are, AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright; the rights in section 3 are the ones we give you. Don’t use Proreel AI to imitate a real person or to depict anyone as under 18. If you believe a Proreel AI creator looks like you or someone you represent, email us and we’ll review it promptly.

5. Your responsibility

Proreel AI is a software tool. It makes videos from the app details, recordings and choices you give it, and you decide whether, where and how to use them. We don’t publish your videos or approve them for any use, and we aren’t the seller, advertiser or publisher of anything you make with Proreel AI: you are. Any automated checks we run, such as the hook check, are there to help, not to confirm that a video is accurate or lawful.

You alone are responsible for what you upload, for the videos you create, and for every use you make of them, including:

making sure videos are accurate and don’t mislead anyone;
having the rights and permissions for everything you upload;
respecting other people’s rights, such as copyright, trademarks, privacy and likeness;
following the laws, ad platform rules and app store rules that apply wherever you publish, including consumer protection, advertising, endorsement and AI disclosure rules.

Some of those rules, including those of ad platforms such as TikTok, Meta and YouTube, ask for AI-generated content or AI-generated people to be identified. Deciding whether that applies to you, and making any disclosure it requires, is up to you. The “AI-generated” label is a convenience: we don’t give legal advice and can’t tell you what your use requires.

6. Reporting content

If you think something on Proreel AI is unlawful or infringes your rights, email support@proreel.ai with what it is, where it is and why, and we’ll review it and tell you what we decide. This address is also our point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act.

7. Fair use

Don’t resell access to Proreel AI, scrape or overload it, try to reverse-engineer it, or use its results to train competing AI systems. We apply daily limits to keep the service reliable for everyone.

8. Changes

Proreel AI relies on third-party AI providers, so features, speed and styles can change over time. We’ll give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, and before important changes to these terms.

9. No warranties

Proreel AI and its results are provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind, express or implied. In particular, we don’t promise that Proreel AI will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be accurate, unique, protected by copyright, free of any resemblance to real people or existing works, or suitable or lawful for any particular use.

10. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss; for lost profits, sales, revenue, goodwill or data; or for any loss that comes from how you use or publish results. Our total liability for all claims relating to Proreel AI is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits also protect our staff and suppliers.

11. Indemnity

As far as the law allows, you’ll defend and indemnify us, our staff and our suppliers against any claim, complaint, investigation, fine, penalty, damages, loss or cost, including legal fees, that arises from:

what you upload;
how you use, publish or distribute results, including a missing or incorrect disclosure;
your breach of these terms; or
your breach of any law or of anyone’s rights.

We may choose to handle a claim ourselves; if we do, you’ll cooperate with us and still cover the costs. You won’t settle a claim that involves us without our written agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights the law gives you as a consumer, or any liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After an account is closed we delete its uploads, videos and files within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons. Sections 5 and 9 to 11 keep applying after the agreement ends.

13. Governing law, company details and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and its courts decide any dispute. If the law treats you as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Questions about these terms: support@proreel.ai.
